• COMMERCIAL USE : I wish to use NIOG for commercial purposes, as set out above.
• NON-COMMERCIAL : I undertake that I will only use the NIOG site and directory of members for INVESTIGATIVE PURPOSES. I will NOT contact other members to introduce my organisation's business NOR WILL I attempt to sell my / our services.

Investigative purposes means anything to do with an active investigation, keeping your own knowledge and skills up to date or asking for advice via a forum post.
If you indicate non-commercial use and then breach the terms of your declaration, your membership will be suspended and you agree to pay NIOG a fee of £1,000.
