Have you ever wondered what might happen if the public and press really got their teeth into the true impact of failures in disclosure?

Over the years there have been many miscarriages of justice caused by a complete failure in the disclosure and investigation processes.  Despite considerable attempts to improve the situaition, the underlying problems remain, exposing innocent defendants to the anguish of wrongful conviction and leaving investigation units vunerable to judicial critisism and claims for huge sums in damages.

Today’s speakers have a wide variety of knowledge and expertise in carrying out and supporting investigations. NIOG members have a unique opportunity to join this event and gain insight into the way the CPIA is impacting investigations today!
