Welcome to this free online conference from NIOG, on covert investigation in the 21st Centuary. Although there is, and always will be, a place for ‘feet on the streets’ surveillance and CHIS, the reality nowadays is that much of the watching we need to do (and some of the conversations we might wish to have) happen online. Which is fine, as long as we’ve thought about RIPA – The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act. Intrigued? Book yourself a place!
SPEAKERS will include :
- The lines between overt and covert investigation – Scott Warner (Corporate Investigation) NIOG & Oxford Investigation Service
- Intel v Evidence and RIPA considerations – (tbc)
- ANPR, Traffic Cameras, CCTV and Directed Surveillance – (tbc)
- What is RIPA and how it works online – Mike Neumann NIOG & Purple Training
- Disclosure : Third Party Unused Material & Public Interest Immunity – Chris Norris NIOG & eTrainingCourses.uk
There are a very limited number of places available for our members, so please book your place now to avoid disappointment.
